Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.
⚠️ Attention — Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
Customized products (e.g., prints with custom frames or with specific customizations requested by the customer) are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are custom-made or clearly personalized.
How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a written communication within 14 days to the email address:
The communication must contain:
- Your first and last name
- The order number (e.g., #1234)
- The email address used for the purchase
- The products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal
- The date of receipt of the order

What happens next
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified
- The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used
